Join us every Tuesday (8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.) to tame the weeds and grow more vegetables. Activities include planting, watering, weeding and harvesting over 18 vegeatbles. Meet you neighbors, have some fun, and feel that you’re making a difference. Call Barb Hill at 608-835-9090 to volunteer 2 hours at the garden.

Help Needed – May 12 🌿🐾
Join us for a hands-on morning at the Anderson Farm County Park Dog Park! We’ll be out from 8:00–11:00 a.m. at 804 Union Road in Oregon, rolling up our sleeves to take on invasive plant species as part of our biggest spring workday—done in partnership with Dane County Parks.
We’re looking for 11 volunteers to help restore and protect this space. Invasive plants spread fast, and keeping them in check is critical to maintaining a safe, open area for dogs and preserving the natural beauty of our prairie landscape. Your time and effort directly improves the park for everyone who uses it.
It’s a great way to get outside, meet others, and make a visible impact in just a few hours. No experience needed—just bring your energy and a willingness to help.
