🌱🌟 Volunteers battled thistles, fox tail weeds, and more last week. It was a hard-fought battle. We succeeded. Yet, more effort is needed to ensure a successful harvest. We are continuing our mission is to feed kids, seniors and those in need in the Oregon and Brooklyn, WI area.

The need for fresh produce has never been more urgent.

Join us every Tuesday (8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.) to tame the weeds and grow more vegetables. We are currently harvesting romaine lettuce, peas, kohlrabi, broccoli, raspberries, and more. Meet you neighbors, have some fun, and feel that you’re making a difference. Call Barb Hill at 608-835-9090 to volunteer 2 hours.

Between July 29 and October 15th, other workdays will be scheduled to meet the needs of volunteers.
